About us
Based in Cambridgeshire, Keystage began as a team creating educational resources through drama based work in local schools; and also Community projects on themes of local or historical interest.
Our passion is to bring history, heritage, community and drama together.
We create exciting and original resources originating from drama and theatre – based work.
Keystage Company write and produce plays often with original music, organise a big civic events such as a festival of remembrance or the commemoration of an important local person, run anniversary celebrations within communities and work with students on school projects involving drama, music and heritage discovery.
Lesley Ford is the former Head of Creative and Expressive Arts at Arbury Primary School, Cambridge. Lesley is in demand for her teacher training days and in organising drama and choral events across the community. She is a regular guest lecturer at Homerton College, part of the University of Cambridge.
Mike Levy, is a writer, coach and author of teaching resources. He is a Teaching Fellow in Holocaust Education, Imperial War Museum, an Educator with the Holocaust Education Trust and a founder of Coleridge Community Theatre Group (taking local youngsters to perform his plays at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for instance). Mike is also a writing and presentations coach.
